Terms of service

The service requires a 50% deposit of the full amount before production can begin. Sample tees are available at a low starting price to get approval from clients. Once production begins, alterations cannot be made. Customers must provide exact specifications of the items requested (graphic design, placement on garment, quality of garment, colors, etc.). Prices fluctuate depending on the market, garment type, labor, colors, and materials used. We typically offer standard rates. Customers provided graphics will be used to the full extent that they are sent. We prefer PNG files (meaning the quality of the photo and colors cannot be altered unless requested before production). Graphic alterations may require a separate fee. There is an approximate 2-week turnaround time for all services from the day of deposit.
