We are only the intermediary step between your design and your clothes. We respect intellectual property, honor requests, and fulfill what is asked of us. Expect complete transparency from us. Customers get a full explanation of the process that goes into making their product (shipping, labor, alterations, mishaps, etc.). Our customers have a say in all our products. Alterations may be made depending on the circumstances and for a separate fee. Mockups of designs are provided. Always strive to be as fair as possible with our clients and provide the best possible quality. We love feedback; please ask us questions and triple check with us if needed. We want you to be happy with your product.

Terms of Service

The service requires a 50% deposit of the full amount before production can begin. Sample tees are available at a low starting price to get approval from clients. Once production begins, alterations cannot be made. Customers must provide exact specifications of the items requested (graphic design, placement on garment, quality of garment, colors, etc.). Prices fluctuate depending on the market, garment type, labor, colors, and materials used. We typically offer standard rates. Customers provided graphics will be used to the full extent that they are sent. We prefer PNG files (meaning the quality of the photo and colors cannot be altered unless requested before production). Graphic alterations may require a separate fee. There is an approximate 2-week turnaround time for all services from the day of deposit.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, returns and/or exchanges are only possible under very specific circumstances that we follow. All of our products are thoroughly inspected to meet the customer's approved design and style. We do our part; please do yours before confirming an order placed with us.
